How do I know which service tier I need?
Don't stress about picking the right tier — just call or text and describe what's going on. Chris will help you figure out which session fits your situation best, with no pressure and no upselling.
Do you offer remote support or only in-home visits?
Both! Simple issues can often be handled via a remote support session (included in the Quick Fix tier). For anything that benefits from hands-on help, Chris comes directly to your home.
My problem feels embarrassingly simple. Should I still reach out?
Absolutely, yes. There is genuinely no such thing as a problem too small at Senior Tech Buddy. If it's frustrating you, it's worth a call. Chris has heard every question imaginable and the answer is always patience, never judgment.
What if the problem takes longer than the session I booked?
No surprises — Chris will always let you know if a job is running longer before adding time. For In-Home Tech Help, additional time is billed in 30-minute increments at $30 each. You're always in control.
Is my personal information safe?
Completely. Chris spent six years as a bank Branch Manager — discretion and confidentiality aren't just a promise, they're a professional habit. Your passwords, accounts, and personal information are treated with the same care as a banking client's.
How quickly can I get an appointment?
